If I could give this Malcolm Anthony 12 stars I seriously would. After weeks of battling between the RMV in Florida, the RMV in my home state, as well as the courts, I felt completely defeated with no answers. I called Malcolm and not only did he immediately make me feel at ease that this situation was right in his wheelhouse, but handled my case so quickly. I was able to finally sleep for the first time in a week. I could not be more grateful. Wonderful person, awesome attorney. Could not recommend him more.
I was arrested for a BUI on July 4, 2013. It was my 2nd DUI/BUI arrest in 3 years, so I was facing a minimum of 10 days in jail if convicted. I was referred to Malcolm anthony by a friend. Malcolm Anthony wasn’t the first lawyer I talked with concerning my case. During the free consultation, I knew I had found a lawyer that was going to go to bat for me. I hired him on the spot. He ran with the case and resolved it very much to my liking. For sure talk with Malcolm before you put your money down on a lawyer.
After throwing away money to one lawyer I found Mr. Anthony and his staff who were very helpful, stayed late with me in the evenings and helped me in getting my case dropped so there was no need for court appearances and trials. I hired Mr. Anthony after a relative was arrested and spent a night in jail for a DUI arrest. He was very clear and forthcoming about his situation and alternatives. He explored every possible alternative to help reduce or dismiss the charges. He was very knowledgeable about the law, the judicial players and appears to have good personal relationships among the prosecution/court officers. He developed innovative solutions to issues, was willing to explore every avenue of defense and didn’t give up until that avenue was exhausted. Throughout the process he kept us informed and was honest (good and bad) about probable outcomes. In the end all my relative’s charges were dismissed and I believe that Mr. Anthony deserves the credit. I would highly recommend Mr Anthony.
Without Mr. Anthony I would be im jail right now. Not only did he save me from getting locked up, he saved my driving record too! Which I needed for my job. He made everything so easy. I just sat back while he worked his magic in the courts. He went above and beyond what I paid him to do. Believe me if something can possibly be taken off of your record, this is the man to see. He not only thoroughly does what you pay him to do but also does more if/when it is possible that there is more to do with while he’s working your case in court. It felt like Christmas when he told me everything he was able to get expunged off of my record. I was just hoping for a good deal and I ended up getting a bargain with him. Ive had other traffic lawyers in the past and none of them can touch this guy. I don’t know how he does it. I’m just thankful that I found him!
